Welcome to the Brightwater Visitor Booking System


We are replacing Zipline with a new Visitors Management System (VMS).


The Zipline devices will start being removed from 15 April, although one will be kept at the main entry point of each site until the new Appspace system is installed.


The change will make it easier for staff who will no longer need to check in (but still need to continue to follow any other site requirements such as fingerprint scan etc).


All other visitors must continue to check in. Visitors are contractors, health providers, agency staff, students, volunteers, residents’ visitors and anyone else coming to site to complete any type or work or to visit someone.


More information will be provided directly to sites in the coming weeks.



You will need:

  • The area where the person is located for your visit
  • Details about all visitors

Whilst there are designated timeslots in Zipline for visits we can make provisions for family and friends visits outside of these hours, so please contact the site to enquire about this.

From time to time we may contact you to seek feedback on ways to improve our services through customer surveys. Your feedback is important to us, however, should you wish not to receive these surveys, please contact the location you are visiting and we will ensure you no longer receive these.
